Betsy is a graduate from California Lutheran University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts, Degree in Liberal Studies as well as a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Education: Teaching and Learning.

Betsy manages several commercial properties and is a strong advocate for excellence in customer service and thorough communication. She prides herself on her due diligence and attention to detail, especially when it comes to quick responses and maintenance at each property serving all tenants, health systems, and physicians. She excels in a proactive approach to management while building rapport with clients, tenants and vendors. Betsy recently completed the tenant improvement (TI) for EMG’s new office space and is eager to display the new renovations at Empire Aesthetic Center once the construction is completed. Betsy greatly enjoys managing improvement projects and supporting organizations as they grow.

During her time away from the office, Betsy enjoys traveling to the Beach often; walking for miles along the coast line and Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). Her favorite type of travel is somewhere tropical and scenic. You can also find Betsy at a Dodger game with her Dad or friends when the opportunity arrises. Another one of her biggest passions is training and working with her beloved Cane Corso.
